Koning's Breast CT offers 3D guided biopsy, an advanced replacement for stereotactic biopsy equipment. 3Dbiopsy guidance improves accuracy and reduces the radiation to the patient by over 50% by comparison to stereotactic biopsy.
Breast CT introduces MPR to breast imaging which delivers simultaneous co-registration in multiple planes. This advanced image display feature eliminates the need to extrapolate image data from 2- dimensional compressional mammography.
